Usage licence
Who sees it, where, and for how long.
Commercial jobs add one tier on top of the creative fee. Copyright stays with the photographer; the licence is what you buy.

The fine print
- Booking
- A 50% retainer holds the date. Commercial jobs: 50% of the creative fee plus all expenses upfront, balance net 15.
- Cancellation
- More than 14 days out, the retainer is refunded less a $50 admin fee. 7–14 days, 50% of the fee. Under 7 days, 100%. Weather reschedules are free.
- Travel
- Included within the five boroughs. Beyond that, $75 plus tolls and parking.
- Sales tax
- New York sales tax applies to prints and physical media. Digitally delivered files are exempt.
